“We stayed at the Europa Hotel, as I have again this time, even though then there were sections boarded up because of damage from bombs.”

Note: The last bombing at the hotel occurred in May of 1993. All repairs were completed by the time the hotel reopened in February of 1994. Clinton stayed at the hotel 21-months later. Hotel officials say that any work going on at the time would have been of a routine nature.
